Why Is My Account Blocked or Disabled?

Your LCX account may be temporarily blocked for the following reasons:

  1. Multiple failed login attempts
    If incorrect credentials are entered more than 5 times, your account will be automatically locked for 24 hours as a security measure.
  2. Security or compliance checks
    Your account may be restricted or disabled if unusual activity, verification issues, or regulatory requirements are detected.

What you should do

  • Wait 24 hours (for login lock cases)
  • Reset your password
  • Contact LCX support if the issue persists
