Is LCX regulated?

LCX is a public limited company duly incorporated under the laws of Liechtenstein. Applied for MiCA authorisation; under review by the FMA Liechtenstein; not currently authorised. Earlier TVTG registrations, the ones which MiCA replaces, lapsed.
